Making Responding To Suggestion and Controlling the Discussion in A Meeting


Materi 6. 

Buat teks percakapan dalam bentuk paper sebuah pertemuan yang membahas tentang bisnis perusahaan

Owner      : Good morning everyone. How are you today?

Staff’s      : Morning, I’m fine, ma’am.

Owner      : I'm glad everyone can be present at today's meeting.
So there are some discussions that I want to convey.
As you can see from the agenda,
we’ll be talking about salon development last month

Staff A    : Last month, salon was quite crowded and we got complaints from some customers.

Owner      : What kind of complaint?

Staff B     : So some of these customers ask for a discount because they feel they have come here many times.

Owner      : oh, I see ... then what are your thoughts about it?

Staff A    : I think that we can a make member cards for loyal customers.

Staff C     : Excuse me. Sorry for interrupting, but… are you sure if it will work? And how does it work?

Staff B     : Sure. So the member card is used when the customer makes a payment and then scans.
After scanned the points such as this coin entered into the card, then the points are collected and can be used when we hold a promo end of the month or a certain event. Well that's where there is a member price discount.

Owner    : Well, that's a good suggestion and I'll think about it in the future. Is there anything else you want to add?

Staff A       :  It seems enough, ma’am.

Owner      : If nobody has anything else to add, let’s move on to the next item.
  So, what about the problems of salon equipment and materials?

Staff C   : I think nothing needs to be replaced or added because the conditions are
still good.  As for what needs to be added, namely ingredients for salon needs
such as hair dyes, conditioners, hair spray, and others.

Staff A and B : Yes, we’re agree.

Owner    : Ok. Tomorrow I will contact the distributor who has worked with us.
Because my time is limited, I think it's enough to arrive here.
